Cancelling an Order

You may request cancellation of your order any time before it has been shipped, by contacting our support team. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — you may instead raise a return request after delivery as per our Return Policy.

Refunds on Cancellation

If payment has already been processed at the time of cancellation, the amount will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

Cancellations Initiated By Us

Fragemix reserves the right to cancel an order on its own accord in the following situations:

• Pricing or listing errors
• Product unavailability or stock discrepancy
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Payment failure or payment-related issues

In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
